About the role
We are looking for a Associate Salesforce Architect with strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and system integrations. The role focuses on designing scalable service solutions, integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, and supporting architecture decisions while promoting Salesforce best practices.
What you'll do
- Analyze business requirements and design Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions
- Recommend standard Salesforce features before custom development
- Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware
- Create solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation
- Support Service Cloud capabilities such as Case Management, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, and Digital Engagement
