About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing CRM implementation projects, specifically in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms and executing and implementing Data Analytics Projects. The ideal candidate will have around 6-8 years of dedicated project management experience and deep expertise in delivering CRM and Data Analytics Projects that align with business strategies and drive operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage end-to-end CRM implementation projects primarily with Salesforce or Dynamics 365
- Exposure in handling Data Analytics Project executions
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, cost and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering resource allocation, risk management, budget control, and quality assurance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, consultants, and third-party vendors
