About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Lead Business Analyst capabilities to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation. This hybrid role combines end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder leadership, business analysis, requirements management, and operational readiness.
What you'll do
- Project and Delivery Leadership
- Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, implementation, transition, and closure
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, resource plans, dependencies, and delivery schedules using Agile, Scrum, hybrid
- Establish project governance, success measures, reporting cadence, decision paths, and escalation mechanisms
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, vendors, and third-party dependencies
