Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager owns coordination for one or more assigned functional areas and flexes into business analysis execution as the work requires. This is explicitly a hybrid seat. It is not an administrative or status-reporting role, and the individual is expected to contribute directly to the analytical and functional work of the program alongside their coordination responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Own day-to-day coordination for one or more assigned functional areas — sequencing, dependency tracking, action management and progress reporting
• Work directly on analytical and functional tasks alongside the BSA team, including data review, structured queries, spreadsheet and extract analysis
• Maintain the risk, issue, dependency, decision and action record for the assigned areas
• Coordinate scheduling, working sessions and stakeholder touchpoints for the assigned areas
• Prepare and issue status reporting to the agreed format and cadence
