About the role
This is a delivery seat with an active contribution expectation, not an administrative one, and the role is a development path into the Project Manager II and BSA seats over the life of the program.
What you'll do
- Operate and maintain program trackers, logs, registers and working records to the agreed standard
- Prepare supporting analysis, data extracts, comparison sets and evidence packs for the BSA and PM team
- Capture decisions, actions and open items from working sessions and drive follow-up to closure
- Support data cleanup, reconciliation and validation execution under direction from the BSA team
- Compile inputs for status reporting and maintain reporting artefacts on the agreed cadence
