About the role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and hands-on experience with Agentforce (Salesforce AI/Agent capabilities) , along with exposure to other Salesforce clouds.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and delivery for enterprise-scale projects
- Architect and implement scalable solutions using Service Cloud and Agentforce
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
