About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce transformation programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale Salesforce implementations involving integrations, data migrations, multiple stakeholder groups, and geographically distributed teams.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs and projects across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery governance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based customers and executive stakeholders
- Drive project planning, execution, status reporting, change management, and stakeholder communication
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, administrators, QA teams, and integration teams
