Senior Project Manager

About the role

This role will establish strong delivery governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and change, and ensure that program outcomes are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk parameters.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end project and program delivery, from initiation and planning through execution, transition, closure, and benefits realization
• Support the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) transformation for the Global Remittance Platform and advance the inclusion of Agentic AI and Machine Learning technologies
• Define and maintain the integrated project management plan, including scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, resource needs, dependencies, budget
• Own and maintain the program roadmap, release plan, detailed project schedules, and release notes; ensure alignment across product, engineering, architecture, data
• Establish delivery governance, decision-making forums, reporting cadence, escalation paths, and clear accountability across workstreams
