About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) to lead complex, cross-functional IT initiatives. This role is accountable for end-to-end project coordination, Agile delivery, status reporting, financial oversight, risk management, and delivery stability.
What you'll do
- Establish and apply project management and Agile delivery processes that support timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, delivery roadmaps, schedules, budgets, resource plans, dependencies, and governance routines
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate team assignments, monitor day-to-day delivery, identify resource needs, and remove or escalate impediments
- Track milestones, deliverables, scope, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies; adjust plans and resources when required
