About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professional with 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CRM configuration, customization, integrations, and end-to-end solution delivery.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Develop plugins, custom workflows, custom actions, and integrations using C# and .NET
- Build client-side customizations using JavaScript and Dynamics 365 Web API
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable CRM solutions
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs
