About the role
The Fashion Merchandising Associate will drive how CDC plans, curates, and scales its apparel and footwear offerings. This individual will guide merchandising teams, onboard new brands, and work closely with partners to create collections that resonate with India’s growing premium fashion consumer base.
What you'll do

- Build and execute seasonal merchandising plans across apparel, footwear, and accessories
- Forecast trends, analyze sales performance, and create product strategies that maximize sales and minimize stock-outs

- Act as the key partner for new brands joining CDC
