About the role
We are looking for an experienced sourcing professional to manage fabric sourcing, trims procurement, vendor development, costing support, and manufacturing partner management for apparel production. The candidate will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating costs, ensuring quality standards, and supporting timely execution from development to bulk production.
What you'll do
- Source and develop fabrics, trims, packaging materials, and garment manufacturing vendors as per seasonal and business requirements
- Build and maintain a strong network of mills, fabric suppliers, trim suppliers, printers, embroiderers, and garment manufacturers
- Conduct vendor evaluation based on quality, capacity, compliance, pricing, and lead times
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, MOQ, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Obtain and compare quotations to achieve target costing and margin objectives
