This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining, based at our New Delhi HQ, sitting between the client portfolio and every delivery cell behind it.
What you'll do
- Own the servicing layer for a portfolio of client engagements — every inbound request triaged
- Manage client accounts through the full engagement lifecycle: onboarding paperwork, status cadence, escalation handling and renewal conversations
- Resolve complaints the way investigators do — find the actual cause, not the fastest apology, then select and drive the corrective path with the delivery team
- Use: CRM platforms, Structured call and request logging, Google Workspace document flows, Internal engagement trackers
