- Conduct outbound calls to prospects and constituents with the respect and courtesy every contact deserves
- Communicate verbal acceptances of offers to the sales team for closing — the handoff that keeps pipelines honest
- Record all successful and unsuccessful attempts in the CRM — data integrity is the tele-caller's quiet product
- Use: CRM platforms, telephony / dialer systems, call scripts and briefing sheets, Excel
