What you'll do
- Serve as the principal point of contact for social matters with executives and internal and external clients — the expert whose judgment ends debates
- Arrange and oversee social media content to the standard expert review implies — nothing ships below the bar
- Respond to requests, criticism, and questions in a timely, professional manner — including the public kind
- Use: advanced social analytics suites, social listening platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud, CMS basics
