What you'll do
- Own a scoped intelligence stream inside a live engagement — competitor teardowns, market-sizing briefs, source map — under senior manager supervision
- Coordinate the work of junior interns and analysts attached to your stream, learning how to allocate and review without bottlenecking the cell
- Use: CLAIRVOYANCE CX intelligence suite, PERCEPTION X2 sentiment platform, Excel / Google Sheets with pivot discipline, Notion / Confluence for brief repositories
