- Own a scoped campaign program inside a live engagement — budget envelope, workstream allocation, calendar cadence — under senior manager supervision
- Coordinate the work of junior interns, content, and creative attached to your program, learning how to allocate and review without bottlenecking the cell
- Use: PERCEPTION X2 sentiment platform, CLAIRVOYANCE CX intelligence suite, Linear / Jira for program allocation, Notion / Confluence for program docs
