What you'll do
- Build style guides for your lane: voice rules, banned phrases, formatting standards, so every piece you touch reads like one hand wrote it
- Draft in volume under review — twenty posts, five essay drafts, three campaign concepts a week — with each round of red-lining teaching a different lesson
- Use: PERCEPTION X2 sentiment platform, CLAIRVOYANCE CX intelligence suite, Notion / Confluence for specialist docs, Figma for messaging canvases
