Client Service Representative

About the role

As a Records Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of CSC’s Company Records Database in a timely manner. This role is critical to the organization as we maintain the data and records of our customers that allow them to flourish, meet the compliance needs of our customers and retain their business for the long term by delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
