About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Executive to join our Valuation team. This role involves supporting property valuation activities through site inspections, data collection, and market research of the property. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of real estate and valuation principles, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do
- Conduct site visits to assess physical condition, location, and surroundings of properties
- Collect and document property details including measurements, photographs, and relevant legal documents
- Assist in preparing valuation reports under guidance of senior executives or valuers
- Liaise with property owners, brokers, and local authorities to gather market data
- Maintain accurate records of site inspections and valuation inputs
