About the role
Manage the complete procurement cycle, including RFQ preparation, bid evaluation, negotiations, purchase order issuance, and delivery tracking. Source and develop qualified vendors and service providers for operational, technical, and project-related requirements. Obtain competitive quotations and conduct techno-commercial evaluations to achieve cost-effective procurement.
What you'll do
- Manage the complete procurement cycle, including RFQ preparation, bid evaluation, negotiations, purchase order issuance, and delivery tracking
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and service level agreements with vendors
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, approval matrices, and audit requirements
- Coordinate with operations, technical, finance, and project teams to understand procurement requirements and timelines
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain an approved vendor database
