About the role
The Occupancy Planner oversees and provides tactical occupancy planning expertise in managing the supply, capacity, and demand of the client's portfolio of space within a specific geographic region.

- Manage day-to-day occupancy change requests, project space planning, and solution development
- Provide project support, including client relationship management and project coordination
- Support site strategy through space and occupancy analysis, solution development, and utilization metrics
- Maintain and analyze business unit demand and supply information
- Monitor business unit demand and supply against approved plans
