The role will focus on building scalable, efficient, and customer-centric lending platforms while ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology strategies.

• Own the lending platform roadmap and delivery strategy across retail and digital lending products
• Drive digital onboarding, loan origination, servicing, and customer journey enhancements
• Partner with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end lending solutions
• Identify opportunities for AI-led automation, process optimization, and productivity improvements
