In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

What you'll do

• Process daily settlements for digital payment channels and card transactions
• Investigate settlement breaks and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely resolution
• Monitor settlement exceptions and ensure closure within defined TATs
