What you'll do

• Serve as the Team Lead, COO Office, Transaction Banking, driving strategic business planning, operational excellence, and financial management across the business unit
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the COO Office, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting professional development
• Oversee risk governance, regulatory compliance, and audit remediation initiatives to ensure robust control frameworks across Transaction Banking
