About the role
Associate, Procurement and Category Management This role will serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, supporting procurement needs across Talent, with exposure to broader CoRe Procurement categories as needed. The Analyst will help drive efficient, insight-led procurement by supporting sourcing activities, supplier and contract management, reporting, and market research.
What you'll do
- Supporting sourcing activities across Talent Procurement and adjacent procurement categories, including RFx development, supplier coordination, and evaluation
- Conducting market research, supplier assessments, and due diligence to inform sourcing and category decisions
- Supporting contract renewals, vendor management, and supplier relationship management across the sourcing-to-contract lifecycle
- Tracking spend, savings, supplier performance, contract compliance, and usage trends through reporting and analytics
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues, support procurement initiatives, and manage work across a global virtual team
