- Partner with Growth & Development leaders to establish project plans, resource approaches, and delivery strategies for national learning programs
- Lead end-to-end execution of live and virtual learning programs, including work plans, milestones, communications, priorities, scope, and delivery processes
- Manage program delivery, resources, budgets, faculty readiness, escalations, and exceptions in alignment with firm policies, processes, and guidelines
- Analyze program data and stakeholder feedback to evaluate goals, improve delivery processes, and increase operational efficiency
