What you'll do
- This role involves debugging, performance design and optimization, and working on containerized solutions using Docker
- Lead and mentor an 8-10 person engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Own the architecture across UI, APIs, data, and cloud infrastructure — scalable, secure, resilient, observable
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in Python and React
- Set and enforce engineering standards: design reviews, ADRs, code review expectations, testing strategy
