About the role
The role is within the Fixed Income Operations COO / Business Management function and will be responsible for various aspects like strategy, financial performance, headcount management, governance across multiple business management streams and control.
What you'll do
- Plan and oversees the policies, rules, initiatives, and goals
- Establish the plan, explain cost base, forecast the financial performance
- Prepare, analyze and respond to monthly and quarterly financial, headcount and strategic reporting
- Develop and maintain a clean UBR structure along with finance and other team members
- Identify and run various cost saving projects to enable banks and functions targets
