About the role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will provide L2 operational support, ensuring smooth day-to-day application and platform operations. You will leverage DevOps practices and AI-driven tools to proactively monitor systems, automate routine tasks, and efficiently investigate and resolve incidents escalated from lower support levels, improving overall system reliability and performance.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 2 support for enterprise applications, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and root cause analysis of incidents
- Administer and support SAG WebMethods, including monitoring, deployments, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Manage and maintain Oracle Database environments, ensuring high availability and optimal performance
- Develop and enhance shell scripts to automate operational tasks and improve efficiency
- Perform Linux system administration, including troubleshooting, log analysis, permissions, and performance tuning
