About the role
The Manager – Sales Support is responsible for managing end-to-end billing, invoicing, and collections coordination for branch customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to contractual and company guidelines. The role acts as a key interface between Sales, Finance, and Customers to ensure smooth revenue realization, effective dispute resolution, and strong process discipline at the branch level.

- Number of billing errors / rework cases
- % collections achieved within due dates
- Reduction in overdue receivables / ageing
- Turnaround time for closure of billing issues
