What you'll do
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers & HRBPs to define requirements, hiring strategy, timelines, and assessments
- Posting roles on the dedicated AIESEC portal, screen, interview, manage selections, and deliver offers for early‑career candidates
- Act as a trusted recruiting advisor, not an order‑taker
- Screen and assess candidates for skills match to JD, learning agility, potential, and culture fit
- Track and report hiring metrics (applications, conversion rates, offer acceptance, diversity)
