Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations Specialist at DHL Group. We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations Specialist to support our recruiting team.
What you'll do
- In this versatile role, you will coordinate interviews and recruiting activities, support KPI tracking and reporting
- At the same time, you will actively contribute to End-to-End Recruiting and Active Sourcing projects whenever additional support is needed
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience

- Support recruiting KPIs, reporting and overall operational organization
