- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for internally posted requisitions, from intake and assessment, through to offer acceptance and onboarding handover
- Conduct effective intake discussions to clarify role requirements, success profiles, timelines, and diversity goals
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates using consistent and objective assessment methods
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, setting clear expectations and providing progress updates
- Deliver a positive, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey
