What you'll do
- Calling experience is Mandatory
- Working closely with the Content and Training Team to create and execute training modules for parents and students orientation
- Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of student kits in India and abroad
- Communicating with parents and students via phone and virtual meetings to address any concerns related to the on-boarding of students across all programs
- Preparing reports and documents as required periodically
