Client Success Manager (SEO/Digital Marketing)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager who has worked with SEO or digital marketing clients, preferably in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful campaign execution, coordinating with internal teams, and driving client satisfaction and retention.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO and digital marketing clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies with internal teams
• Coordinate with SEO, content, paid marketing, and web development teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Monitor campaign progress, analyze performance, and present regular reports and insights to clients
