What you'll do
- Works with and supports regional stakeholders to support pre and post go-live supplier deployments utilizing SAP and Taulia for EDI invoice enablement
- Manage integration testing activities with supplier within the Taulia and SAP testing environments
- Effectively escalate issues to the supplier enablement team lead when issues are identified
- Support Change Management Lead and Coordinator to analyze responses to change, i.e., readiness and change adoption, based on metrics
- Contact suppliers to inform of upcoming changes and collect additional contact information
