About the role
The Procurement Representative – Procurement Hub supports a range of Source to Pay activities, including but not limited to: intake and triage of sourcing project requests, stakeholder and supplier communication and support, setup and administration of RFx events, supplier selection/onboarding, reporting, compliance checks, policy enforcement, rate negotiation, catalog management and procure to pay services.
What you'll do
- Monitor sourcing project requests, validating inputs with stakeholders, and assignment of appropriate team to proceed in the sourcing process
- Monitor sourcing email box for incoming support queries and acknowledge them as per SLA
- Handling email inquiries from internal customers, as well as external vendors. Delivering professional, useful, high-quality service and assistance before, during
- Collaborate with Business and Suppliers to administer eSourcing tool for RFx events
- Participate and manage client, business, and supplier calls
