About the role
The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations and strategies at the assigned centre to drive learner enrolments, training completions, and job placements. The role involves managing promotional activities, generating leads, building partnerships, and ensuring smooth centre operations while delivering an excellent learning experience for students and partners.
What you'll do
- Achieve centre targets for lead generation, learner enrolments, training completion, and job placements
- Execute local and regional promotional strategies such as kiosks, banners, pamphlet distribution, and other lead-generation initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, institutions, business partners, and employers to generate leads and placement opportunities
- Maintain a positive learning and educational environment at the centre
- Organize seminars, placement fairs, career fairs, and brand-building activities to strengthen visibility and increase enrolments
