About the role
We are seeking a GIS Engineer – Esri ArcGIS Platform to provide Level 3 support and administration for the Group's ArcGIS ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with the GIS Core Team, Group IT, and Esri Support to ensure the reliability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of the ArcGIS platform.
What you'll do
- Level 3 Support & User Assistance
- Provide advanced technical support through ServiceNow and resolve complex GIS incidents and service requests
- Troubleshoot and support ArcGIS Enterprise services, publishing workflows, editing operations, performance issues, and access management
- Act as the escalation point for Level 2 support teams and mentor them to improve issue resolution capabilities
- Collaborate with Group IT teams on Azure infrastructure, networking, server management, and security-related matters
