About the role
The Oracle Fusion HCM Business Analyst provides expert functional support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications, ensuring stable operations and high-quality user support across global HR processes. The role focuses on incident resolution, root cause analysis, release validation, business process support, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement of HCM services.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 2 support for Oracle Fusion HCM modules including: Core HR, Talent Management ,Performance & Goals ,Compensation, Absence Management
- Integrations and interfaces , OTBI and BI Publisher reports ,Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL data loads
- Security roles and workflow configurations
- Analyze incidents from an end-to-end business process perspective and assess impacts on connected systems
- Position and Workforce Management
