Creative Marketing Intern - Performance Creative

About the role

You’ll be the operational backbone of Emergent’s performance creative engine, and a creative contributor to it. We ship hundreds of video and static ads a month on Meta and other channels, across multiple countries. They come from a network of AI video, UGC, and translation agencies, plus in-house creators and influencers.

What you'll do

• Write: draft scripts and briefs for agencies and creators, starting small and growing to full concepts you own
• Leave knowing how to run creative as a performance marketer, not just make ads
• The full creative process, up close: how a concept goes from brief to script to production to live ad, and what makes it win or lose
• Scaling: how to run a multi-agency, multi-market creative pipeline that ships hundreds of assets a month without breaking
