About the role
We are hiring Social Media Interns to join the marketing team in Bengaluru, working with the Head of Marketing. You will run the day-to-day engine behind our social presence: posting, replying, and keeping every channel alive. You will be the one who answers, fast and in our voice. This is an internship, but we hire interns who could be on the full-time team.
What you'll do
- Post and schedule content across X, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit, adapting format and tone to each platform
- Respond to people in comments, replies, DMs, and community threads across platforms
- Reply to community and support emails and messages, keeping response times short and the tone on-brand
- Track what works: engagement, response times, top posts, and recurring questions. Share a short weekly summary
- Spot trends early and turn them into posts before they peak
