About the role
The position for Processes Engineering drives the development, optimization, and implementation of advanced industrial processes like Polyurethane lining, Hard Rubber lining, Natural Rubber lining, PTFE (Polytetrafluroethelene) lining and Polyurethane (PU) foaming processes, Zinc coating process, Blasting process, Washing
What you'll do
- Process, Painting Process, Bonding process and Silicon lining process. This role ensures manufacturing
- Collaborate with Technology department to set new process for production
- Develop tooling, fixtures, required for new process
- Conduct trial runs, process capability studies and validations
- Establish standard operating procedures (WI) for new process
