What you'll do
- Ensure the quality of incoming components and strengthen supplier quality performance
- Manage incoming inspection, develop and execute CMM programs using ZEISS CALYPSO, interpret technical drawings and GD&T requirements
- Perform and manage incoming inspection of HPDC, investment-cast, forged, and machined components
- Review technical drawings, dimensional tolerances, surface-finish requirements, drawing notes, specifications, and applicable standards
- Use CMMs, calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, dial indicators, surface plates, thread gauges, plug gauges, ring gauges, and optical equipment as applicable
