What you'll do
- Oversee the technology team, interview and select people, motivate and inspire the team and drive retention and employee engagement
- Provide software engineers constant feedback and prepare individual development plans to have team members prepared for succession or to occupy new seniority positions
- Ensure the quality of deliveries, prioritize initiatives oriented to metrics (eg reliability, code smells, technical debts, bugs)
- Ensure the efficiency of the teams through the use of metrics (availability, cloud cost, throughput, lead time, blockages)
- Facilitate integration between product teams and other areas of the company focused on the client by defining responsibilities and agreements
