You'll be working with New Product Development — a group that runs on coffee and an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. What you'll do
- Own and track APQP gate readiness across battery, product, and integration programs (POC through SOP+)
- Ensure DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, and DVP steps are genuinely validated, not just filed, before gate sign-off
- Flag skipped or shallow validation to the Function Lead before it compounds into a later-stage problem
- Sit embedded inside the battery, product, and integration program team as the process quality anchor
- Track quality action items across the program timeline and drive them to closure
