About the role
You’ll be working with Exponent’s After Sales / Service Engineering team, supporting field operations across our LV (3-wheeler), HV (bus), and battery service lines. This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion for keeping our customers running — across vehicle types and geographies.
What you'll do
- Support the After Sales / Service team in delivering timely on-site (or remote, where possible) technical support across our LV, HV, and battery service lines
- Work hands-on with diagnostic tools, CAN-based diagnostics, and test instruments across vehicle and battery platforms, building practical field experience from day one
- Interact directly with customers and fleet operators to understand issues, explain root causes and fixes in simple terms, and ensure a smooth
- Fault Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and help resolve issues related to battery packs, powertrain, motors, and charging systems
- Design for Service (DFS) Feedback: Provide field feedback to engineering / product teams to improve serviceability and support continuous product and process improvement
