What you'll do
- Design wiring harnesses for Electric Vehicle, Battery and Charger applications
- Perform cable selection based on current rating, voltage class, temperature, flexibility, and environmental conditions
- Select appropriate crimp terminals, lugs, and connectors based on electrical, mechanical, and reliability requirements
- Create 2D harness drawings, schematics, and BOMs
- Define crimping specifications, wire routing, protection (conduits, tapes, grommets), and sealing strategies
