About the role
You will join Exponent’s Charging Network team in a central process excellence role, owning the design, standardisation, and continuous improvement of processes across deployment, operations, and service of the charging network. You will operate at the intersection of field execution, system workflows, and network performance—ensuring consistency, scalability, and reliability of operations across all India locations.
What you'll do

- Own end-to-end process design across charging network deployment, operations, and service
- Define clear SOPs, workflows, and execution standards across sites and teams
- Drive standardisation to reduce variability in field execution
- Continuously refine processes based on on-ground feedback and performance data
